About Magnolia Speech & Wellness
Magnolia Speech & Wellness is a private Speech-Language Pathology practice that focuses on offering support to individuals with speech, language and swallowing difficulties. We provide assessments and treatment for infants, children, youth and adults with focus on the following areas:
- Speech sound development (articulation)
- Expressive and receptive language development
- Voice and resonance
- Aphasia/stroke rehabilitation
- Stuttering (dysfluency)
- Swallowing and feeding
- Oral motor development
We provide comprehensive, up to date, evidenced based support that is extremely family focused and welcoming.
Our services can be provided at your home, school, workplace, or other community location via direct treatment with our SLP.
Julie Kolodziej, M.A., Reg. CASLPO
Julie Kolodziej, president and founder of Magnolia Speech & Wellness, is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist, registered with CASLPO. Having completed her undergraduate degree in Speech and Language Sciences at Brock University, Julie then went on to receive a scholarship to complete her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Central Michigan University. Julie spent a number of years working in various hospitals and rehabilitation centres across Ontario and Michigan, working with adults who experienced speech, language and swallowing difficulties.
